I am okay?

I’m not sure about my feelings today

It felt like everything was black and gray

Sadness? Please, go away!

No one knows what I feel

It’s difficult to express or reveal

They may say that my feelings are unreal

So my heart, can you please heal?

There’s a noise in my head

I’ve nothing to do but to cry instead

Asking myself “when will it end?”

For now I just wanted to be held
